    10:00 a.m. –    Executive Committee Meeting
 

Attendance at the ECF Executive Committee and Board meetings by local Presidents is not mandatory.  All local Chapter leadership is encouraged to attend and share information to take back to their Chapter.

Attached  below are the Executive Committee  and E-CAP meeting agendas.   Please plan to join us at FPL's Sarasota Clark Service Center facility for these important meetings.  Special thanks to Ken Gilbert and FPL for hosting the meetings.  

You will receive a reminder notice on Tuesday, August 9 with a full board book attached for your review prior to the meetings.  Paper copies will be provided at the meeting.  If you would like to add an item(s) to the agenda, please forward it to the ECF office by close of business on Friday, August 5th .  Please RSVP by return e-mail and let us know if you will be joining us on  Friday morning, August 12th.

 The ECF State office has received calls from several Executive Committee members indicating that  they have time conflicts that cannot be changed and they will be unable to attend the ECF Annual Business Meetings that are tentatively scheduled for October 13/15.  

Attached below is an updated list of possible locations, rates and dates for this year’s Annual Meeting, Election and Installation of officers.  Please review the list, check the dates,  and locations that will work for your schedule and send the list back to me by return e-mail, by 5:00 p.m. on  Friday, August 5th, please.  On Tuesday, we will send you an updated list with the  best choice dates and locations, etc.  Thank you for your prompt return of this important information.
