AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ON BEHALF OF PINELLAS COUNTY BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW SERVICES (BDRS)
Pinellas County BDRS introduced a new Pinellas County Access Portal, providing online permitting, scheduling inspections, paying fees, entering complaints, and other services.
To use the service portal, you must create a NEW user account. Click here to get started using the new portal.
If you had an account in the old Permit Manager portal (Velocity Hall), you need to create a new account in the new portal. Click here for instructions.
BDRS is receiving a high volume of new account requests which may cause delays in account review and activation. Click here to view frequently asked questions.
PCCLB cannot help you with the new permitting application except to provide information and access to resources. We hope you find this information useful.
Our Doors Are Open
To protect our customers and reduce long wait times, we have a new system in place for in-person service.
If you need to visit our office, text the word PCCLB to
727-472-4163 OR download the QLess App before getting in your vehicle.
Join the line from anywhere using your smart phone or click here to join from your computer from 8 AM to 3:30 PM. The app will keep you posted and let you know when it's your turn. Please do not enter the building until you have received a text to go to the service window.
We're doing our best to serve you.
We have made changes to our phone system to serve you better:
More information is available through our main line: (727) 582-3100 during business hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Special Thanks to Pinellas ECF Member, Charlie Spitzer
