The 7th Edition (2020) Florida Building Code goes into effect on December 31, 2020. The 2020 edition is based on the 2018 I-Codes and includes the adoption of the 2017 NEC, with no state amendments. The 9-volume set of codes can be accessed by clicking Here.

The 7th Edition Florida Fire Prevention Code goes into effect on December 31, 2020. The 2020 edition is based on the NFPA 1-2018 and NFPA 101-2018. General information and access to the Florida Fire Prevention Code can be obtained Here.
