The ECF Ridge Chapter Meeting and Continuing Education Class will be held this month on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. 

The meeting will take place at the Village Inn, 3770 Lakeside Village Ct, Lakeland, Fl 33803. Members can enjoy dinner and net working from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. with the meeting starting at 6:30 and the CE Class beginning at 6:45 p.m.  There is no charge for the class.  Members and guest only pay for their own meal(s).

Federated Insurance will be presenting a one hour continuing education course titled: “Taking Control of Distracted Driving”; ECLB Course # 0800677; Provider # 0001107; Prefix S.

This course counts toward one hour of the workplace safety CE requirements.

This course will provide contractors, suppliers and employees with important vehicle safety information that will help protect themselves and their employees from potentially serious harm and avoiding the high cost of traffic accidents.

Federated Insurance is the provider of this course and reports your attendance to the State so be sure to have your License number with you when you come. 

Our Spotlight this month will also be Federated Insurance.  They have been Corporate Members of ECF for many years and will share really good information about their company.

ECF State partners with Federated Insurance and will provide Certificates of Attendance at this meeting.  Please be sure and register so that we have all of the paperwork the night of the meeting and can let the Village Inn know how many to expect for dinner.
