The ECF Ridge Chapter Meeting will be held this month on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at the Village Inn, 3770 Lakeside Village Ct, Lakeland, Fl 33803. Members can enjoy dinner and net working from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. with the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.and the Speaker beginning at 6:45 p.m.

 Members and their guest pay for their own meal(s).

Spotlight for this Month's Meeting is John McArdle, CED Raybro Electic

Chandra C. Frederick, Director, Polk County Building Division, will be our guest speaker at this meeting. She will be speaking to our Chapter about a proposal to modify the fee schedule as it relates to electrical, plumbing, and gas fees for commercial projects. This proposal is intended to be as close to revenue neutral as possible and it will not change fees for single family residential.

This is a must attend presentation so that members understand the proposal and the benefits of modifying the fee schedule.
