Ridge Chapter Policy Committee Meeting Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 11:30 a.m.

CED/Raybro Electric Supply

520 N. Ingraham Ave

Lakeland, Florida 33801

For the past several months we have been holding Chapter and Policy Committee meetings to discuss how to increase our membership base and to develop future leaders for our Chapter.  The turnout at these meetings has been small and in the case of the Policy Committee Meetings, almost nonexistent.

In the next few months, all ECF Chapters will be asked to sign an “Affiliation Agreement” that states that we will abide by the ECF State By-Laws.  One of the major requirements will include having an established Chapter Board of Directors to include a Chapter President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.  There will also be some specific requirements regarding the proper maintenance and reporting of our bank account.

Time is running out on trying to get ourselves organized and ready for these upcoming changes.  We need for all our members to STEP UP AND ATTEND this meeting.

If you want to see the Ridge Chapter stay in existence, please plan to attend the October 15th meeting.

The future of the ECF Ridge Chapter is now in your hands.  Please RSVP to casey@ecf-fl.org so that we know how much lunch to have on hand.
