Tim will share what his Agency is doing to investigate reports of unlicensed contracting and protect consumers from unsavory, illegal and often shoddy workmanship. Swendy will share how the Bureau of Compliance can work with other departments when they go on site and find contractors not carrying workers compensation. We will also learn what we can do as an industry to help report unlicensed activity and how working together, we can prevent some of this activity.
